Actually, I will need more than one because I already have a list of people I would like to drop it on.

  5. I would much rather have 20,000 pounds of SDBs(200 lbs each). why use a sledge hammer when a tack hammer will do the job nicely. think of how many enemies of the people a guy could send on to oblivion with that loadout with out taking out a half square mile while your at it. the surprised look on the face of your enemy when you fly past them and the bomb drops and turns around and smacks them in the back of the head as they walk away.
still, mother of all bombs does effective slum clearance.

  6. This bomb's predecessor was BLU-82 (aka "Daisy Cutter"). My college roommate was on an MI team in Viet-Nam that assessed damage done by the unit. They could get a good idea of vehicles destroyed 'cause engine blocks are big enough to survive the blast. Personnel losses were estimated by counting rifle barrels as that was usually the only identifiable part of an infantryman left. I can't imagine what a MOAB would leave behind.
