Yes! Laguna Beach votes to keep American flag on police cars

Saner, more patriotic heads prevail - as they should.

The "offensive" car.

The Orange County town's city council initially approved American flag lettering for its police department but after community outrage, the city will decide Tuesday if the cop cars will lose the red, white, blue bold paint from their Ford Explorers.

Yeah, "Community Outrage."  The outrage of deranged, America hating, pearl clutching, cat collecting old communist frumps.

It still astounds me how few obnoxious loudmouths it takes to scare the nutless trembling cowards who otherwise would be considered community and economic leaders into a stampede to appease.  It happens over and over again, to my amazement.

It seems no one has a backbone.  No one has even a modicum of common sense and perspective to either just ignore the shrieking idiots (as they deserve) or to tell them to back off right now.

At least here, the correct decision was made, but the council should have just ignored the leftist caterwauling from the America haters right from the start.

BREAKING: Laguna Beach city council just asked people in room to raise hand if they support the new USA flag decals on police cars. Almost everyone in room raised hand. When asked who opposes, one, single person raised their hand, to chuckles from the crowd. @FOXLA

  1. I’m somewhat surprised that Laguna went patriotic. Knowing the city I would have thought they’d opt for a unicorn and rainbow.

  2. Most of Orange County was conservative until it was gerrymandered into submission. But on the other hand, Laguna Beach is the old hippy corner of the county.

  5. The "community outrage" was probably from those who'll be riding in the back, where there aren't any door handles!
