Keep in mind, that guy got paid and paid well to do that.

Easy money.

  1. He nonchalanted that. To paraphrase and twist Joe Garagiola's judgement re Tony Pena twice muffing foul tips in front of the plate. Here's another nonchalant that is more relevant:

    1. I had a similar sweet moment that I will never forget - at Minute Maid stadium in Houston, taking my wife and daughter to their very first base ball game, ever (they were foreigners at the time). We came in at batting practice and I was taking them over to show them the field below us, which is dug down below street level. A foul ball down the left field line came down, hit the empty seats, and bounced straight into my hand, just like this guy. And I was able to nonchalant it over to my 9 year old daughter, who was bug-eyed. One of life's sweetest moments, I still feel blessed.

  2. That huge flaming brown liquid spewing fiery mass was well timed since I came down with a stomach virus last night. I was barely able to get to the local pharmacy for a box of Preparation-H this morning. Thanks for the memories CW.
