And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I've always thought a man could make a fortune if he built a replica model. I think for a while, there was an Indian company that actually did (they may still be). They weren't able to be made street legal though. I guess you might slip on through on a low-speed license like some counties do for 4-wheelers (Mules and the like).
I used to use one of these early CJ3 for hunting years ago, it had the game box on the back that extended the bed by another 3 ft or so, so you could fit the deer in without too much hanging out. Double-clutching heaven.
Wouldn't you like to have a new (old) one now?
ReplyDeleteOh yes.

Check out "Roxor". They just opened a factory in Michigan and it's exactly what you're looking for.
