Shave of the Day

I'm batching it this weekend, as Mrs. CW has flown away to New Mexico to visit her Mom and sisters.  There's even a nephew.  So, I get to eat what I want, go to bed when I want, wear what I want (or nothing!).  Went to bed at 3am last night.  I left the doors to the deck wide open all night.  Cooked and ate a steak for breakfast.  I've been fussing with a new camera all morning.

But, you can't overlook the need to shave.  I'm not a barbarian.

The theme was Autumn Apples this morning, so voila, a Saturday Shave with a green apple handled brush, PAA Cider House 5 soap, and an apple red Clauss 11/16 hollow ground straight razor from Fremont, Ohio.  The finish was Teacher's Pet apple scented aftershave from Summer Break.  A nice, slow, fun late Summer shave.

Now, I'm going to go get that steak bone out of the skillet and gnaw on it a while.
