  1. As a rules matter, the batter can't just evaporate so he's protected from unintentional interference if he just stands there in this situation.

    Based on the look of it, I'd say the catcher is purposefully drilling the batter. Old score to settle perhaps.

  6. A few inches higher a ball to the plexus could have killed the batter. That was a criminal stunt.

  7. That would've been the last pitch that catcher ever caught if he did that to me or ANY of my former teammates. My bat would have been shoved up his ignorant ass, after I used it to knock his dumb-ass out!
