Don't take pot shots at the military.

It's amazing those guys thought this was a good idea, but it also shows the two bit, small time nature of the fighting that goes on in that country.  They shoot a few rounds, we call in a jet and let loose with two or three big expensive bombs.

Kipling noted that in Afghanistan, "Two thousand pounds of education/ Drops to a ten-rupee jezail'"

Not much has changed.
