Is that a C-123?
C-123 would have twin vertical stabilizers, as it was laid out like a P-38, with engines in the booms going to the tail, and the body nacelle carrying the cargo (and easily accessible rear door.)
C-119 had the twin tails. The C-123 looked more like a 130 with only 2 engines.
