And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I'm pretty sure the smaller gun is the older 40mm Bofors gun which has largely been replaced with the 30mm Bushmaster. One would not want to be subjected to fire from either one. Especially when they slave the autopilot to the fire control system. There is no escape.
We got a 105mm in at work that came off an AC-130. Seems the crew were shooting fireworks out the tube for fun. Built up residue lights off and the end of the barrel looked like something from a Bugs Bunny cartoon! We had to go dig it out of the ocean. =~ (
I watched nearly every minute of the Rittenhouse trial and the prosecution tripped itself up on several points. One of those was that they had passed a low-res version of an overhead video they had of the rioting to the defense, and then played a hi-res (4k? I forget.) version during the trial. Brady violation.
Regardless, what struck me was that the .gov--FBI?, NSA?, who, exactly?-- had put up drones to watch it all. That the Useful Idiots on the streets of MSP haven't considered this ought to surprise me, but it really doesn't.
Spooky!!!
