    1. Don’t worry … I think a perfectly legal flame thrower can suffice

    2. Yep. I have no idea where the state government thinks it gets the authority to ban stuff like this, but they claim to have it, and no one is challenging them on it.

    3. The California Air Resources Board was given the authority to ban stuff like this by the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006, which was signed into law by 'Good Republican' Arnold Schwarzenegger. CARB is also the reason California's gasoline is the most expensive in the country.

Thanks for nothing, 'Screw Your Freedom' Arnie, and the 16-cylinder Bugatti Veyron you rode in on.

  3. What if the snowblower has tracks, like this Ariens?

I have one of these and think the tracks makes the machine easier to maneuver as compared to wheeled models.

  5. Are gas-powered water pumps illegal too? Cause that would be the stupidest thing ever.

  6. Those tires are pathetic.

The name of your snowthrower should be Ariens.

  11. I believe any gas motors under 25 hp are banned. Fortunately, Reno is only a couple of hours away. Going there today, maybe I'll buy ammo and gas cans.

  12. The CA state govt is stupid to think electric is going to work better then gas in heavy snow in mountains. I have been in the Sierra Nevada during heavy snow and after multiple times over decades so I know what it is like.
