And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Ok, confused here. Looks like a logging tram cable overhead, but nothing connecting it to the truck. Can't see the truck sticking up like that since the center of gravity is so far forward. Maybe they were cabling it up the hill, it stuck in the hillside and they just took the cabling off? Alan E.
The cable runs up the hill to a block and then comes back to the winch in the bed of the truck. He's trying to pull something up that hill that just doesn't want it.

My guess is that they're cutting timber and they have felled trees or the harvesting machine cabled to the truck to keep it in place.
