  2. There's almost always an old short sour cream container in the fridge with bacon fat in it.
    Like anon above sed, "I put that SPLAT on everything:.

  3. Baked bacon makes for nice clear fat. Always have a jar in the fridge.

    1. Yes. I lay the strips out on a large cookie sheet then on the middle rack for about 20 mins at 350.

      Set one end of the sheet up on something and let the oil run to one end, then right into the container.

      Also, there's a product called BaconUp that I've been using too.
      It's way too expensive on amazon but walmart has it too.
