    1. Beautiful birds. I caught one trying to get into my (completely enclosed) chicken run. He flew to a fence post a dozen feet away and sat there, calmly watching me.

  2. My Grandmother back in the 60s called that a chicken hawk. Red tailed hawk, red shouldered hawk it didn't matter. To her they were all chicken hawks and should be dispatched.
