Points to consider if this is to be used to do work.
The seat should be round, heavily padded, and swivel. The wheels should be at least 3" dia and 2 of them should have toe locks. The sides of the base should be wide open for access to the tool tray. The tool tray should be wide open with maybe 1 divider in the center - lose the silly cup holders. The base should be made from heavy extruded aluminum for strength and lightness.
If you're just gonna sit around and blob out this one is prolly OK.
