And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Semi frozen Castle Lake
Castle Lake outlet creek. Man, does that look like cold water!
We received 48” of fresh snow on top of 24” just last night, here in New York State. We are due East of Lake Ontario 3 miles from Tug Hill. It’s pretty, but now I need to clear a path. Fun stuff. We need a mountain in the background.
