    buy expensive meat and make it taste like cheap spices.

    you've been "trained" to believe it is enhancement but it's really just distraction

    i prefer meats unadorned, as they should be

  2. Chimichurri sauce. It's an Argentine sauce, similar to pesto, but used on steaks that's popular throughout South America. The basic version uses fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, oil and vinegar and a little bit of chili pepper, though the variations on the theme are endless.
