And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

The mighty Sopwith Camel debuted in 1917 with No. 4 Squadron of the Royal Naval Air Service over Dunkirk. Max speed -115 mph
All that torque from the rotary motor spinning made it interesting. If you wanted to turn left you did a 370 degree turn to the right because that was quicker. The torque effect was so pronounced that the term "Camelbatics" came about reflecting on the wondrous things you could do if you used the torque to advantage. It was a very effective fighter when mastered.
