  2. Stayed in the Bonaventure in LA shortly after it opened and thought “this is where all big tower architecture is headed” with floors interconnected and thus provided a huge fire escape network. I was wrong

  4. I grew up in central coastal OC in the 50’s-70’s. It was paradise. Not no more.

    Even back in the very early 60's we had bumper stickers saying: "Don't Cali-fornicat Colorado."
