And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
My wife quilts. I design and make stuff. As a result we have a small line of our own quilters accessories that we sell on-line. It provides a nice modest side income. We don't push it much. Word of mouth gives us about all the work I can handle in my "golden" years. Or more accurately, my pot metal years. ;^) Ownerus

Wonderful art, and keeps you warm. Very pretty motifs.
ReplyDeleteMy wife also cuts big pieces of fabric into smaller pieces of fabric in order to sew the smaller pieces of fabric into big pieces of fabric.
ReplyDeleteSome call it art, I think it more an obsession!
