And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. No, we need civic minded companies who have safe vehicles operating on our roads. Since we don't have a whole lot of them, in the interest of YOUR safety, but then perhaps safety inspection stations are too much for your "independence."
Y'all don't realize that is not a truck wheel that was rolling down the road. It was a passenger car or light truck wheel. The semi swerved to his left to avoid it. The car following the semi wasn't so lucky.
The guy filming this saw what was coming. He had already slowed down to 25 mph at the beginning of this clip.

That seems like a very tall sidewall for a passenger car tire. It might not be from that truck but it is definitely a truck wheel and tire.
