Icebound. Should have sailed south much sooner.

  1. They must be anticipating an icebreaker rescue soon. Otherwise, why leave the sails up to be battered and torn all winter long?

    Trevor Robertson is a sailing legend, and arguably one of the most adventurous cruisers alive today!

    He built himself a 35’ steel yacht called Iron Bark II, and spent several winters in both the Arctic and Antarctica literally frozen into the ice.

  4. How rich to you have to be to be able to spend several winters on the yacht you built? How stupid do you have to be to spend them iced-in in the middle of nowhere?
