And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Twenty odd years ago I was watching an F1 race on an overcast day at the track, I can’t remember which one. They had a camera set up on a hairpin showing the passing parade (typical mid-race boredom). Every car passing by showed cherry red brake rotors. Until then, I did not appreciate the heat in those wheels. Awesome.
Well, if you have carbon-carbon brakes, they don't actually work unless they're fluorescent.
