And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Bréguet 730. Five built, one before the war and four after (as BR 731's). First flight was April 4, 1938.
The fuselage curved inward just enough that the inboard blades of #2 and #3 cleared. The fuselage would be inside the propeller arc if not for that curved section.

All five hulls were complete in 1940 when France fell to Germany. One hull was operational, testing on the other four was cancelled.
