And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That may be a newer version of the Matty Matell varmint rifle that replaced the "real rifle" the M-14. Notice there is virtually zero recoil. That's becsuse it's nothing more than a .22 caliber popgun.
Because it's going slow. A 6 ish inch barrel, turns your AR into an expensive, loud, bright, semi useless, liability. Even with a 10.5" barrel, the M193 only performs properly out to about 75 yards. After that it descends quickly into 22 mag power. Yeah, you can still hit them out passed 200 yards, but now yer into 22lr energy. In 5.56, every inch up from 10", gives a useful boost to velocity. If yer into AR pistols, 300 Blackout is the way to go.
Better hope you hit, cuz now the enemy sniper knows where you are.
