  3. I believe that's called a "neutral turn" -- both tracks working in opposite directions, keeping the tank on the same spot. Most modern tanks should be able to do this.

  7. That maneuver is called a "Neutral Steer." It is not a big deal...unless you are the enemy dug in a trench when the tank squishes you flat underneath it.
