  3. Can not recommend one enough. Got their stainless version, its been thru the wringer, its a 96 vintage, still use it for butchering, for chunks of deer meat, before breaking down into steaks and burger, makes a good cold holding container for when grinding up like ten lb lots of various seasoned sausage meats.
