  1. After you draw it on the wood with a pencil you then cut it out with a scroll saw, then....

    1. LOL, a tad more complex and 3 dimensional than that.

I'd suggest more like a serious month of careful carving and sweating about the grain cracking-splitting and so on.

But then again, I've only carved a full sized Dragon head for a replica Dragon Ship.

I must bow to the internet expert on everything, Mr. Sniper on this.

    1. Maybe for roughouts but not for the bulk of that careful work.

Just one mistake in judgement with a router and you created fancy firewood.

  3. It is intricate carving worthy of a master. But these days I wonder how much, if any, was done by a 3D router. Still a lot of shaping and smoothing required but then by an apprentice?

    1. There ya go.
Frankly, under magnification, it looks like plastic.
But you should check with Michael the expert first. LOL

  4. Your opinion is noted Call of Duty hero.

Pity your snipers eye didn't note the plastic nature you claim earlier.

Eye doctor will see you now.

BTW excellent woodworking can be as smooth as plastic.
