And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Those guys... Herman and Grandpa....Imagine being on the crew that built those insane machines!
I recall hearing that episode on TV when I was young. I never saw it because it started at 7pm which was about my bedtime and I ran out of persuasion and time before the cars came on. Probably about 60 years ago but the memory of the sounds and being pissed remain fresh.
