  2. Out here in the dense forest we don't need no window coverings, and with triple glazed glass the outside stays out and the inside stays in.

    Snow load????

    That's 12" thick prestressed concrete son, you know, the stuff they make interstate bridges with.

  3. Pretty picture especially with the tree in bloom. But, unless that roof is maintained it will become a “living roof” and the humic acids will do nasties to it.

  4. I don't know much about snow load in the south but I bet there's more steel in there even if it's hidden than 2 cars built these days
