And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Thats a cute little feller. There is a small owl lives near us, little larger than above, he is brown/beige colored, uses the same branch on a tree out back by the garden, waiting to pounce on field meeses. My wife loves to watch him and take photos. Been using said branch long enough to wear some bark off. They like to have a hooting contest at night, if its not windy they seem to talk for miles back and forth. It us very beautiful to listen to with the bedroom window open. One will get all wound up and say hoo hoo hoo hoo cooks for you! Gets the rest all wired for lots of back and forth hootyhoots, like roosters on different farms around our home do sometimes early dawn when things are quiet.
I put bird food out in the backyard for the tree rats, doesn't take long for the Screech Owl family to show up. Vicious little birds. Don't much like it when they take the rats apart on the deck railing.
