Mt. Shasta Report

 


The Shasta Alpine Hut at Horse Camp prepped for the winter (which arrives tonight).


Mt. Eddy and Black Butte, looking west from Shasta.  I-5 runs north/south through that valley.

    good reason to carry a chain saw in the kit when travelling through the forest
