  1. Great line-up! Like the brunette with white gloves and a dog driving an AC Cobra.

  2. 13, a view I've seen thousands of times, in my youth. Long, long ago, before the bones started aching, when I was still fast, still bulletproof, still able to steal a heart with a smile.........

  4. Meeting a fox, that's not afraid, on the trail is a scary thing.

  5. Today's edition has a few interesting (and different) features:

The wooden plank walkway is interesting.
    The ocean wake is different.
I like the fox on the bike path and the wolf in the sports car.
And lastly the canoe on the water.

    Thank you!!!

    1. I've owned 10 or so, some naked, some not. I had a 2007 like the one in the picture, but got rid of it after a while. Too difficult to do simple things like change the air filter. I have three now, a '99 which is my daily rider, even in winter, an '84, and an '87. I'll probably get rid of the '99 and keep the '87 after cannibalizing some parts from the '84. In 1997, I rode a 1976 Wing from Marble Falls, TX to Oracle, AZ in one day, then a couple of days later, rode it all the way back from Oracle to Houston in 21 hours. I've done Omaha to Houston in a day on several different old Gold Wings, and countless KC to Houston and KC to San Antonio one-day rides (and one day back again). That's the thing I like about them--I can get on one and be 1000+ miles away when I stop for the day.

If I could swing it, I'd have several different bikes. Maybe a KLR-650 for some dual-sport fun, and something else for tooling around town when I don't want to haul the Wingabago around.
