  1. Rossio Railway Station in Lisbon, connecting central Lisbon with the railway network through a 1.8 miles tunnel. Great engineering and great architecture for the end of 19th century...

    1. That's a bit unfair, the esthetic trends change over the years and it's always a question of personal taste. Architecture today still has a lot of fascinating facets, check the works of Norman Foster, Santiago Calatrava, Zaha Hadid, Jørn Utzon, Daniel Libeskind, Frank Gehry and many, many others.

  3. Love the stone work however the glass and metal door detracts from the age of the building.
