Curel by Kao, original formula with petrolatum and quaternium 15/distearyldimonium chloride. The trick to good skin protection and hydration is petrolatum. Petrolatum feels awful on the skin, but works. A quat emulsifier is the only way to get significant amounts of petrolatum into a cosmetically acceptable water-our lotion.
Use everything Kiehls but especially that. Their Facial Fuel keeps my face from windburn better than the other stuff I've tried.
