    2. Even south of the Crosstown (US 17) in Charleston there's lots of derelict houses that literally have to collapse to be razed. South of Broad, there's nothing bad. That area has a tough appearance board too.

    1. Exactly. It becomes you don't even want to leave the house. Every errand is a real chore.
      I reckon the best would be to rent it out for a week at a time. Long enough to love the views, short enough before the weight of going out hits hard.
