Saint Bartelemy in the Caribbean. Steeper than normal approach to a short runway. Special endorsement required to land there. Landing at St Barts is on my bucket list.
There are many videos which show aircraft going into the sand at the other end. One infamous video shows a light twin which landed long going off the end in a magnificent cloud of dirt and sand.
Camera guy almost got a haircut.
