And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Rigger must've forgotten to tighten one of the bolts. The video also reminds me of seeing buildings going up in Hong Kong in the early 80s which would totally surrounded by scaffolding, but not metal scaffolding, but bamboo.
It looks like a toy scenario. The yellow truck looks like a toy, and the buildings that the crane falls onto don't look real, either. That crane should have pulverized what it hit, yet not much damage. Also, notice that the wind is blowing against the direction that the crane is falling.
