And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
In a month or so I'm going to get a Grizzly lathe but not this one. Right up front, the motor placement prohibits the size of the turning. Sheet metal bed and stand are not your friend. Hint, get the cheaper Wen you had on here recently and use it for a year to see what you really want and learn how to know what a decent lathe entails.

It has a sheet metal bed. It's going to flex under any type of pressure thereby ruining your work. You need a cast iron bed or nothing.
