  5. My fist visit to NYC was in the winter and it was snowing. When the snow stopped coming down I noticed the snow was grey. I looked closer and there little black specs in the snow. The wind was blowing from the west from New Jersey.

  6. Could be NYC, could be London, could be any major city in the world. All have used coal as an energy source and all have had major pollution issues.

  9. ...with annual rainfall at less than an inch, building in Lima, Peru are far more dingy - not to mention sidewalks.
