  5. I'm not commenting on the child toss but there are some seriously fat load women in that shot

  6. I used to do the same with my daughter when she was that age, but I used a bungie cord attached to her ankle and my wrist to ensure she didn't scooped up by a pedo on the way down.

  7. They say free falling toddlers develop keen inner ear balance that benefits their coordination later on. Plus develops trust in fathers catching them.

  8. Regardless of what you or I (...or the mom) thought about that toss, the kid absolutely loved it. That little girl is ecstatic with joy.

I used to do that with my kids though not that high. They all loved it. They love it so much that they will wear you out.

  13. I know daddies who do that. Kids love it. They have been doing it since for awhile now. He is not going to drop that child, so why do folks get frazzled? The laughter is beyond belief...

  14. I did that to our boys, so did my wife. A favorite was to toss them to each other in a 'walk back drill' modeled after an egg toss. Generally done in a pool... Another favorite was to go to the beach and toss them as far away as we could into a big wave - even today they wish we could still do that (they are 30+ y.o. now) ... We'd also grab their wrists and swing them around and up and down, starting gently but as they got stronger we increased the speed. Then we'd combine the two routines, swinging them around a couple of times and then tossing them into the waves or pool, kinda like a hammer throw. We also encouraged them to climb. Maybe that's why they had and still have such good upper body strength. They could shimmy up a smooth light pole in a parking lot with no problem when they were young teens. Great times, great memories.
