And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

A dose of seriousness...Must read articles for today
It's not a revolution. Revolutions go from the bottom of the power pyramid against the top. We're in a $ellout, which goes from the top of that pyramid against lower tiers of the pyramid.
The US Government lied until Trump said 20 years was too long and too costly in people and money to be in Afghanistan and we were leaving. Trump said their was nothing for us there and this went against the Military-Industrial-War Machine and Congress.
But yet in four years Trump did not get us out of Afghanistan, Biden did. This country has become the US War Corporation, Eisenhower's warning has become reality. The USWC controls this country now not us.
Nah, we can totally vote our way outta this.... Ya just gotta vote HARDER is all... And Vector here is obviously a student of history. Ike was right and he saw the shit comin 70 years ago. Too bad nobody heeded his warnings.
I'm not going to denigrate the U.S. troops, but hell, the Soviet's ran a no-holds-barred (save for nukes) campaign for 14 years and couldn't conquer Afghanistan, what the hell did we think we were going to do?
