The articulation of light rail as viewed from the inside - This would make me woozy

  1. I noticed this effect the last time I was in London, riding the underground. Some of the newer trains have this feature, with no doors or walls between cars, and it is indeed a dizzying effect. The underground cars move so smoothly anyway, so it's almost psychedelic to watch. Shades of the psychedelic 60s, to be sure, all it needs is a sitar playing over the sound system.

  3. Saw that for the first time in Hong Kong back in the early 2000's. Was real weird standing in the train halfway back and seeing the whole thing move like that!
