And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That cowboy off the horse next to the fence line... that rifle looks really out of place. It should be a lever action rifle! Messes with my mind just a little. That's not the only picture that messes with my mind a little, that VW bus does too! I'm not sure what it is but I like it!!
I thought the same about the cowboy and horse picture - although the rifle itself is probably more capable than any lever action (unless you need a .45-70 for bear).
Pretty spectacular tornado - and good quote for this situation, juvat, yet I note what appears to be a police car heading toward the disaster zone ... That cop would be wishing for a four-point harness right about now instead of a standard seat belt, along with a sturdy helmet

ReplyDeleteCowboy and his prairie dog getter! What fun!
ReplyDeleteThe sheds on the paint look photo shopped.
My niece and her husband make good money finding sheds in their spare time. $13/lb elk and $11/lb mule
