The Governor in Arizona appointed Richard Kyl to serve out at least part of McCain's term, the Democrats are driving themselves into a full on train wreck at the Kavanaugh hearing, and Rahm Emmanuel is not running for re election in Chicago.
Not bad.
Yes, a good day.
ReplyDeleteMy spidey sense just went off...Rahm moves to Arizona for the required amount of residency and then runs for McCains seat......
ReplyDeleteSteve
Winning is GOOD!!!!
ReplyDeleteand the slaughter in Chicago continues while the mayor disavows his office. I suppose the dems have spent everyone else's money so it's time to move on. mayhaps Chicago needs to elect a mayor with experience in community organizing and government executive experience....not
ReplyDeleteI always hold out hope that the residents of places like Chicago will realize that democrat rule has been, and will continue to be, the problem....but like the insane person who keeps doing the same thing over and over, and expecting things to change.....
ReplyDeleteJon Kyl. Not Richard. :) We in Arizona are quite thrilled with the choice.
ReplyDeleteThat was certainly good news, made possible by the loathesome antics at the twin Wellstone funerals of McCain and Franklin. No way the Governor could have appointed another McCain after that, so the Democrats have once again managed to turn a certain success into failure!
ReplyDeleteAbout Rahm Emmanuel- I'm sure the graft hasn't run dry, so this makes me wonder. There seem to be a lot of high profile people retiring lately, and others are being arrested for various crimes; maybe there's something to the notion that Sleepy Jeff Sessions is actually doing something under cover?
