A picture of the giant, industrial sized tub of chili my wife cooked up.

It was perfectly seasoned, lots of beef in it, and we'll be eating on it for days.  Yum!

  1. It appears that your wife cooks like I do. My SS brewing kettles come in handy when I make beef soup, chili, spaghetti sauce. A little batch goes in the five gallon pot, but the eight or ten gallon is more common. Haven't needed to go to the fifteen yet. Good thing that I have two large freezers............

    1. Cow camp cooking. I like that term, and it's entirely appropriate for this kid of feast.
