And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Me looking at the clock and seeing it's time to load up and go to work. Fortunately, next weekend is a three day.
Every weekend is a 3 day, or 4 day, or however many days or weeks you want, when you're self employed, as I have been since 1986.
ReplyDeleteDoes wonders for your attitude when you aren't chained to a "boss".
The only thing you really own is your time and letting someone else control it is well, just plain silly.
Used to be since I retired it didn't matter. But since bills roll in all month long now everyday is Monday.
