Arabian Oryx

  1. Stunning animal. Horns might make for nice knife handles.

  2. Standing in that formation is an interesting strategy. 360 degree view. Also I don't think any Professional Hunting Guide would let you take that shot for fear of hitting too many animals.

  3. some wizard imported similar Oryx with tawny hides to NM and planted them on White sands Missile range. In Africa these guys have 33 species of grass to graze. NM has 11 of those species

Apparently one of the absent species has a nutrient necessary to grow horns straight and true. WSMR Oryx have missing, bent, mangled horns.

In hunting season the Oryx gather in hunting areas which are closed to hunting. lined up at the edge of a closed area like they have a map and a GPS and a hunting season schedule.
