And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? It's a Garrard 401 turntable: idler drive, not direct or belt drive. It's considered quite desirable nowadays but I've never heard one. The tonearm is the SME 3009 and is also respected.
I've no idea what the device at the bottom might be.
The cabinet is a bit of a statement but I can't say I like it.
