And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Oh hell no! My Cuisinart coffee maker has a small blue clock, and it lights up the whole kitchen at night. A big clock like that would be like a Kenny Rogers Roasters sign outside Kosmo Kramer's window. -lg
You got that right AZ. Digital tells the time RIGHT NOW and that's all. Analog tells the time right now AND all the related times. ie, half past 3, quarter to 4, etc.
I’ve worked in and managed a few labs that had to coordinate activities in several different time zones, including UTC. We had a set of clocks set to each of the time zones and placed where you could see them while sitting at the control terminal(s). Since we could not ever have our smart phones with us in those spaces, it was a mostly reliable way to sync up our lab activities with those in the other locations. Of course, we also had IP-hosted voice comms along with the usual networking functionality. The multiple clocks were just a crude reminder that was difficult to ignore.
Get an Alzheimer's clock that spells out the day and month and even tells you whether its morning, afternoon, or evening/night. Best be prepared just in case..... Amazon has a great selection.
My alarm clock is a mere 5 inches long and 3 inches wide and projects the time on the ceiling above the bed about 6 inches long and 8 inches wide and it was only 20-30 bucks at Wally world and I don't even have to turn my head to see it. Thanks but no thanks on the offer.
