And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That happened to me in Wisconsin except it was summertime and the snow would be replaced by someone’s sunroof. Missed my windshield by inches. Scary as hell, no idea where that thing was going….
My neighbor is a tiny little gal, I'd help her out because in this state you can get a ticket for not clearing the roof of the car and she couldn't see let alone reach the top of her car's roof. My car, if not in the garage, I'd drive it up along side the handicapped ramp I installed for my mother.
He can't swerve to avoid it. He's got the barrier on his left and another vehicle on his right in the other lane. His only options were to either brake hard and hope it falls short, or speed up and try to pass underneath before it lands. Obviously, he failed to do either.
In some states a cop can pull you over for not completely cleaning the snow and ice off of your vehicle before driving on the road.

3 second following distance but 5 in inclamate weather to allow for reaction time.
